No you aren't dreaming, the Blues won the Stanley Cup! In the spirit of all things BLUES, check out some of Alex Pietrangelo's favorite spots around town.
Pietrangelo has been splitting time between his native Canada and St. Louis since the '08-'09 season. Aside from logging a lot of time on the ice, he also has enjoyed getting to know the culinary scene in St. Louis. We sat down to talk all things St. Louis with the cap.
The two things I knew about St. Louis were Wayne Gretzky played here, and they had a really good baseball team.
Central West End. I love the history behind the homes in the area and it has everything you need in walking distance, including Forest Park!
It would have to be Castlewood State Park. Favorite place for views and taking the dogs.
Brio. Hands down, the best carpaccio and chopped salad around.
Toronto—nothing better than going home and being able to play in front of all my family and friends.
Not sure about the Caesar, but Gamlin Whiskey House is a great spot to relax and have a drink.
I usually do the standard Arch and Busch Stadium visit but always recommend the Budweiser tour.
Cyrano's Cafe caramel brioche bread pudding, every time.
