Famous Local Guide

Katie Collier

From Scratch

Katie Collier is elevating the STL pizza game with her signature from-scratch pizza and pastas. Her restaurant Katie's Pizza and Pasta Osteria – which she co-owns with her husband Ted Collier – is an oasis in Rock Hill, serving artisan Italian fare in a seriously cool space. Inspired by her time spent living in Italy, Katie uses local, seasonal ingredients to put her own spin on regional Italian dishes. Plus, not only is Katie an award-winning chef, but she’s also an avid local philanthropist who loves supporting her home city with her “Giveback Tuesday Program.” That’s why she’s the Queen of the St. Louis pizza scene – long may she reign!
